Wiracocha Inn Hotel
This is a great little hostel for the price, considering that we're talking about Machu Picchu pueblo. No frills, but clean, comfortable, and friendly. Our room was very light and airy, and looked out the river. There were lots of blankets for the bed -- which I always appreciate since I'm someone who gets cold when I sleep.

About InterHabit
I was looking for a reasonably priced hostel (rather than a more expensive hotel) that I could reserve online, since my Spanish isn't up to much. I had never heard of InterHabit before -- I'll definitely keep you in mind for future trips.

Machupicchu in Train
The only thing that the passengers complain about what the guide. So they walk around without him. Otherwise , everything went ok.

Royal Inti Inn Machupicchu Hotel
Very noisy, big gap between door and floor. Windows had gaps and didn't lock. Room was very clean and spacious.

Hanaqpacha Inn Hotel
I booked a superior room and it was not in any way superior to a standard room . I would not recommend the extra expense of the superior room !

Inti I Wiñaywayna Hotel
We were upgraded to the Inti Inn. That was very nice. The signage AT THE wINAYWAYNA INN WAS TERRIBLE AS WELL AS THE SERVICE. dOOR WAS LOCKED AND COULD NOT FIND ANYONE.

Inti I Wiaywayna Hotel
The best: People who work at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The worst: The bathroom

2-Day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
The hotel we were booked in on night 1 (Hotel Continental) had black mold all over the bathroom walls and the bedding smelled musty. Black mold can make people very sick. I was very disapointed that we were not dropped off at our lodging in Cusco at the end of the tour. We were dropped off at night in the pouring rain in the Plaza des armas in Cusco. Every other tour that I went on during my 2 weeks in Peru picked up AND dropped off at our hotel.

About InterHabit
I found InterHabit by Google search and went on the website. The site was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I received a confirmation in seconds and it was a great service!

Anden Inka Hotel
A bit noisy, sounds from the reception area echo. One night there was no hot/warm water and the other there was only warm water. The service was great as there was a mix-up with the rooms (we wanted 2 beds and they had booked us for a matrimonial), this was cleared up quickly and professionally.
