Mamoni River in Raft

(Duration: 11 hours)
The path of the raft in turbulent waters of the river began in January 1998. Therefore this is one of the most recent trip in Panama.
Gets out of Panama at 8:00 am in a 4X4 vehicle. After 2 hours including 20 minute journey on a road where we need to double traction.
The selected portion of the river offers smooth flow of water in the place where it begins. Then he goes to class II and III rapids to a waterfall, which is considered Class IV. In this sector, we will walk for your safety.
This is the one exception, since we spend most of their time sailing and rowing on the river. The landscape along the river varies constantly. You can see open fields for livestock breeding, forests and banana plantations, fields of subsistence agriculture and forest gallery. Gold has been found in the river and with luck, will see the gold washing material in their rafts.
The fauna is diverse. We will find crocodiles, monkeys Titi, several species of waterfowl abundant fish.
