some of the front desk employees could have been a little nicer but the hotel and pool area are great and it could not be in a better locale, especially for the beach.

Grande Hotel da Barra
The hotel is located in a wonderful setting (views form the seaside balconies are spectacular), away form the noise of the center but not far from it; the building is also nice but it's a pity that it lacks of "love" in the administration: there are many nice spots not used or cheaply furnished, the wooden balconies and doors are not or are poorly maintained (our room and bathroom doors werent cleaned), so happens with the elevators... Besides, breakfast is really poor: the fruit is cut hours before serving, the buffet table is ungraceful and not appealing and the scrambelled eggs had a fishy taste!

Grande Hotel da Barra
The receptionist were very rude on several occasions and never even smiled throughout our stay . the hotel also refused to make change when i was paying my bill.

Jaguaribe Praia Hotel
they should utilize the canteen to provide lunch and dinner like a restaurant. and provide transfer service to bus terminal or airport because the hotel is quite far from those places. i think the guests wont mind to give some money to have that service.
