Tour Valle Nevado
The trip was very nice and the mountains were beautiful. The staff was very informative and very nice. I would definitely take that tour again. The price was not bad at all compared to the distance they drove and the beautiful sights. It was lovely!!

Atton La Condes Santiago Hotel

Gran Palace Hotel
The staff was not helpful. The location was noisy--- not only because of where the hotel was located, but also because of the construction on the hotel floor. The hotel should be rated much lower than what was presented.

needs new bed and more bathroom lighting....on second floor the big screen TV and comfortable lounge a real plus.
