Hotel Rio Serrano
The food was variable in quality. Location is excellent. We had an excellent, thoughtful guide which really helped.Kineret really helped to make our stay pleasant. The driver was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There is lots they can do to improve!

Hotel Posada Tres Pasos
If you can't afford to stay in the park this must be the place. Manager Melisa and her staff are wonderful! Excellent food, great views, beautiful setting. by far the best place on our 30 day tour.

Hosteria Lago Grey
The road to Hosteria Lago Grey is bad. We went there by own normal car, and it was very hard to go there. The glacier cruise "Lago Grey" is very expensive.

About InterHabit
I was impressed with the speedy reply to my request for help arranging accomodations. On top of that, our initial request for this hotel did not go through, and I thought that was the end. But InterHabit personel persisted and emailed a couple days later saying all was well, that we were booked for the requested two nights. I would highly recommend your company. Thanks for making one piece of our journey easy!

Chalet Chapital Hotel
We were very pleased with our accomodations at Chalet Chapital Hotel in Punta Arenas. Our family required two rooms. Both were clean and comfortable... nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate. The shower was deluxe! Staff members were helpful beyond expectation... making local recommendations and giving us advice pertaining to our travel plans. Breakfast proved to be typical Chilean fare, nicely presented and a good start to the day. Chalet Chapital was a great place to begin our Chilean adventure!

Hotel Plaza
the hotel is located in the plaza (thus, the name.. there is no connection to the PLAZA hotels...). has been re-decorated and well kept, but there is no elevator and the doors can't be sealed (thus, the privacy in the room is not high).A good value for the money!

Hostería Las Torres
a good hotel situated in a great location (the closest to the Torres), but the prices of the services is VERY expensive and the food at the restaurant is really bad. The rooms are nice but the walls are really thin and even talking in a low-voice disturbs the nieghbours...

Hotel Capitan Eberhard
Old and verry smal room, auful breakfast

Alcazar Hostal
Clean rooms. Excellent value. Only 10 minute walk from main tourist area. 10 minute walk to the waterfront.

Hosteria Weskar Lodge
Located a bit out of town (about 15 minutes walk). Sparsely furnished room, but clean and comfortable. Frankly expected a bit more for the price.

Hosteria Pehoe
necesita reformas en servicios comunes, por una averia no teniamos luz desde las 12 am hasta las 7 am, por tanto la calefacción no funcionaba, no tiene television en las habitaciones. En definitiva el preco es excesivo por los servicios que ofrece.

Hosteria Lago Grey
Very comfortable and apparently recently refurbished. Food was good. Room on the small side but great view of Lago Grey.

Hostería Las Torres
The worst place on our month long trip. They called the inferior rooms superior and stuck us in one- would not move us to what we paid for. They even refill the little shampoo bottles in the room with who knows what. Food awful - the buffet breakfast is not tended so if you are not there when it opens you get leftovers. They don't even keep the plates stocked. And $7. if you want to use your computer and the wireless network is outrageous.

Excursion Glaciar Serrano & Balmaceda
Very disappointing lunch at the estancia on the way back. Certainly worth less than half of the $30 we paid for it.

Hotel Posada Tres Pasos
Tres Pasos is a very nice Hotel with very good service. Food is very good at dinner and breakfast, people is very attencious and are willing to help with all our needs. Place is comfortable, warm and charming. Very good option for arriving and getting out of Torres del Paine

Hosteria Yaganes
Instalaciones viejas a necesitar una renovación. Lo peor de todos los hoteles en nuestro viaje a Chile y Argentina. La hosteria está muy mal señalada en la carretera y no es facil de encontrar.
