Tour Description
The Tierra del Fuego National Park is located 11 kmts from Ushuaia. The bus departs from the Hotel and heads toward Monte Susana, where the Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino station is located. In here passengers can take the End of the World Train, which is optional.
The bus continues along the Río Pipo valley up to Bahía Ensenada, where Redonda & Estorbo Islands are located. On the oposite side of the Beagle Channel peak Nevado can be seen. It belongs to the Sampaio Range (Chile).
After reaching Lago Roca, there is a short trekking along the Lapataia River. From here Cerro Cóndor can be seen, as well as the borderline with Chile.
From there the bus goes to the other side of the Park reaching Lapataia Bay. The observation here includes Laguna Verde & Laguna Negra. Finally the tour stops at Dique de los Castores (Beaver Dam).
